Installing Titles, Transitions, Effects, and Generators for the edit page has change a few time since they where first implemented into DaVinci Resolve. Installing templates are a bit easier now. If you’re on Mac, Windows, or Linux the steps below will be the same.

First you will want to start DaVinci Resolve and navigate to the Fusion page.

I think it’s easier this way, there’s no need to run the program:

    – Windows:
    – All users: C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Fusion\Templates\Edit\

where to create directories to store custom templates:
    – Effects
    – Titles
    – Transitions

    1. The location has changed over the past few updates, this is always going to the newest location if it ever changes. If you install a bundle it’s just a one button click now.
